1) Kegel exercises
How to do this:
- Make sure your bladder is empty, then sit or lay down
- Tighten your pelvic floor muscles, hold tight and count to 8.
- Relax the muscles and count to 10
- Repeat 10 times
- Best results if you do this 3 times a day. morning, afternoon and night. ( I do in bed before I stand up from bed, and I do it just as I lay down in bed for the night)
2) Chinese balls/Kegal balls
How to do this:
- Lay on your back and insert the balls, important: use lube

- hold the contraction 5 seconds and relax 5 seconds
